Malaysian birds In August 1998, I was persuaded to embark on a bird-watching expedition by a companion seeking some company. Our initial venture led us to the enchanting Kuala Selangor Nature Park. Bird watching quickly evolved from a casual pursuit into a serious hobby, necessitating the acquisition of skills such as diligently noting and identifying birds using the Craig Robson Field Guide. Fast forward 26 years, and my passion for bird watching shows no signs of fading. I find myself consistently captivated by the diverse avian life that graces the landscapes of Peninsula Malaysia. The ongoing journey of discovery into the lifestyles of these fascinating creatures remains a perpetual source of fascination for me. My foray into documenting my observations began in 2002 when I started compiling my findings on dedicated web pages. Over the years, this online repository has grown and evolved, reflecting my continuous commitment to sharing the wonders of bird watching with fellow enthusiasts. Check out my pages
