The dinning area of the restaurant spitted slightly into 3 halls and also in separate levels, thus giving the combined hall a specious look. That is important, the scene takes away the feelings of being cramped in a single large space with cramped crowd.

The whole service area is within an independent building on elevated ground with surroundings and view of wilderness and trees. It is open air restaurant with forest environment all round alright. So, no nearby roads nor other nearby establishments or hawkers, only the sounds sound of flowing waters. Overall, dining area is wide enough not to feel cramp nor enclosed to create that melancholy feeling.

Its location too, is not too deep inside the woods nor through a maze of paths which would normally add on difficulty in finding its whereabouts, So, it is just 100 meter away from the deserted Old Bentong Road. But physically separated from the outside world by the swift flowing Tanglir River in its rapids stage.

That's all the niceties. Environment wise and setting, nothing adverse. Then comes the mundane part. Food one the menu is the same as those normally served by most restaurant, Niche is the impressive menu had prices for the full range of River Fishes. Whether these are constantly available or not for that day, It varies. Prices not too expensive but leaning towards a premium. Very well organized joint with little chances of making complaints.

We had a good meal, satisfied with the taste and price.

Would we go back to this same place if given the opportunity. Frankly the answer is "NO"! Nothing to imply the the place is not worth going to. It is my lifestyle and preferences. I normally patronizes simple stalls with basic offerings. I am a person who loves nature. Happy with what the world could offer! The nice and luxurious things what this world could pamper others with, I am out.
